I truly cannot say enough good things about Terrain at Devon Yards. They are an absolute machine—and I mean that in the best possible way. I do not exaggerate when I say that I was never worried once on our wedding day or in the weeks leading up to it.
You can tell this is a venue that has seen everything, thought through every possible scenario, and knows exactly how to handle whatever comes their way. As a bride, being able to actually enjoy the day and trust that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes was invaluable.
And our coordinator, Eileen, was absolutely unreal. She was attentive, calm, incredibly professional, and a total class act. She was truly the captain of the ship, and I had complete confidence in her from start to finish. She somehow managed to be everywhere without ever making anything feel hectic or stressful.
Beyond how beautifully everything came together, what stands out most to me is how taken care of we felt. We were able to be completely present at our wedding because we knew Eileen and the Terrain team had everything handled.
I would recommend getting married at Terrain at Devon Yards all day, every day. If you want a gorgeous venue AND a team that you can genuinely trust to execute your wedding seamlessly, this is the place. We could not have been happier with our experience.

Tiffany, Bridget, and Eileen were our wedding planners and they were so thorough and organized. They kept us on track with our planning and exceeded our expectations. From the decor to the food and beverage to the ceremony music and reception, they literally thought of everything.
The day of went without a hitch and even our wedding party commented on how it was the most well-run wedding they have ever been to. The wedding attendants and staff were so kind and thoughtful and made sure we were taken care of as well as our parents!
Our guests were OBSESSED with the food and even said how they could have had a meal from the appetizers alone. We opted for family style entrees and our guests loved how communal and cozy the dinner service was. The amount of food Terrain provided was almost laughable in that there was soooo much included, our guests loved it! We had so much variety in terms of our alcohol selection. Many of our guests loved that we offered Guinness! The signature cocktails were dangerously tasty.
The venue was sooo gorgeous that we provided very minimal decorations, especially coming from out of state. Based on the experience with the staff, the vibe, and the food, Terrain was SOOOO affordable that we couldn't be happier. We even wish we could have been a guest at our wedding or attend a different Terrain wedding so we could experience the same things that our guests did!

he tasting was beautifully curated - delicious meals to try, beautiful ambiance in the venue, and a live musician. Our event manage, Olivia, was fabulous. She was kind, patient, and clearly was a professional. She was made everything easy, which is how you want it to be. One of the reasons that I picked Terrain is that the space is BEAUTIFUL! I honestly didn't need many decorations and guests raved about how beautiful the space was. Literally all night - every single person said, "This place is amazing. The set-up just makes sense and it was made for weddings." Unfortunately a guest experienced a medical emergency at our reception and the Terrain staff was cool, calm, and collected. It couldn't have gone smoother and I 100% trusted them. Fernanda, our wedding attendant, was a lifesaver. She checked in all night, making sure I had food, got water, made sure guests were comfortable, and that I had anything I needed. Honestly, I cannot rave enough about Terrain. They know what they are doing and helped make my wedding the best day of my life.

locations. We ended up choosing Devon due to location and size (but all locations are beautiful). I was nervous about the daunting “wedding planning” but Terrain and my coordinator, Olivia, made the entire process seamless. There was NEVER a moment I felt stressed about the venue or order of ceremony/reception events. Terrain’s entire staff is incredibly professional, kind and organized. I truly couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else. The venue speaks for itself in terms of beauty and already provided decor, and the food is amazing. Many, many guests commented on how delicious the food was. Finally, in addition to Olivia, my day of attendant, Jackie, was so kind. Olivia and Jackie checked in with me throughout the night to ensure I was ok, fed and well. I didn’t think about a single detail the day of because everything was covered! Jackie also gathered any items brought ahead of the ceremony and packed up extra food, desserts, etc. for us to take on our way. Getting married at Terrain was the BEST decision we could have ever made. I recommend this venue to anyone and everyone interested in an upscale gathering during any season. There are scheduled calls/meeting throughout the entire process which keeps you on track. All of the planners are thorough and ask all the right questions. They also ask questions and make suggestions on things you may have missed or not thought of! It is a top notch venue, not to mention it is BEAUTIFUL.
Every guest we spoke with raved about the food and beverages provided. We really enjoyed the evening and could not have been happier with Terrain.

The day of support with the wedding coordinator and support staff were so helpful to my stress level as a bride. Even with a few bumps (our officiant was late due to a bad accident!), Eileen was on it. All of my family and wedding party felt well attended too throughout the day!
The food was delicious, and absolutely a crowd pleaser. I had so many guest tell me that it was the best reception they had ever been to!

Leading up to the big day, they met with us multiple times, provided a super easy online portal for planning details, and were always quick to respond. On the wedding day, they helped with setup, packed up our décor, and even surprised us with a goodie bag of dinner and desserts to take home.
We wouldn’t have changed a single thing. I still tear up thinking about how grateful we are for the Terrain staff. They really go above and beyond there and truly care about their couples.

ballroom where you have to bring in everything to give it character. The food and drink were great, and the staff, Olivia in particular, were excellent from the early planning through to day of. This was the second time around for both of us, but even still, it's difficult to get a handle on all the little details involved in planning a wedding. Terrain has a questionnaire process that really helps bring things into focus, and again, the staff was so helpful with any questions and guidance along the way. I honestly don't feel like things could've gone any better!

Our event coordinator (Madison) and wedding assistant (Juliana) gave maximum effort to make sure our wedding day was perfect (and succeeded). The food was absolutely amazing and the displays were picture perfect. We chose the family style dinner and everyone absolutely loved it. Staff was very quick to bring more food out when something was low. Vegan guests loved the harvest bowl. From each entrée, to the cocktail hour menu, our friends and family can't stop talking about how good the food was.
We cannot thank the staff who supported us throughout our special day enough. We felt like every single person on the team (wait staff, culinary team, bartenders, coordinators, assistants, etc.) really cared about making our day perfect. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the amazing team. If we were to do it all again, there is not a single thing we would change!

thing was well thought out and clearly planned/organized well, while still allowing for adjustment/personalization/individuality. As someone who doesn't necessarily like to give up control, we felt like we had autonomy to do what we wanted and bring the *vision* to life while also having the support of our entire team (Eileen (my girl!!), Meghan, Paige, Olivia, and Tiffany) to make sure we were on top of timelines, keeping tabs on different things to consider that we hadn't necessarily thought of, and having finalized decisions well-ahead of the event so our stress levels were kept at a minimum. It is clear this group of people are professionals, and yet they are so friendly and approachable it never felt like a chore or a stressful thing to go through. And that extends to the entire team at Terrain - people assisting with the coordination of the wedding itself, but also each and every server the day of, the culinary team, and all touchpoints leading up to the big day. The price is also incredibly reasonable and the value is unmatched. The food is outstanding, the care with which the culinary team and servers made sure all dietary and food restrictions for our guests were managed and observed was way above and beyond any of our expectations, and the venue in and of itself without any additional decorations is cozy yet grand and stunning. Literally could not have asked for a better venue, dinner service, and our team members. Honestly wish I could get married there multiple times over just to get to interact with the venue and team members more! This venue and team are incredible. Truly. Each and every person who worked with us is absolutely excellent at their jobs and deserves a raise. We so very much appreciated how kind and welcoming/friendly everyone was, which went soooo so far in making our day feel easy and fun and memorable and perfect.

Terrain Gardens is a stunning venue that perfectly catered to our every need. It felt just right for our wedding with around 90 guests with both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces...
that were easily customizable to align with our needs. We played lawn games during the cocktail hour and reception, and we were able to tailor our reception floor plan to create an atmosphere that truly reflected us. We opted to add many florals through Design by Terrain, but even with fewer decorations, it would still feel complete.
The food was standout and was a highlight for us and our guests. The steamed broccoli hors d'oeuvre may sound simple, but it became a crowd favorite. The gazpacho shooters also were a hit. Our grazing table was not only plentiful and delicious but also looked gorgeous! The entree options were delicious as well and received many compliments. Everyone loved the flower pot bread! We found at our tasting there was a lot of variety from more traditional options to more experimental options so most couples can find something that will fit them. The venue took our guests' dietary needs seriously, accommodating our best man's severe allergies with ease. The signature drink, late-night pizza, and cookie favors were also a huge hit!
The staff at Terrain Gardens was exceptional. We worked closely with our venue coordinator, Olivia, for six months leading up to the wedding. She addressed every question and eased all our concerns. On the big day, the staff was polite, attentive, and hardworking. Our attendant, Stephanie, made sure we were never without food or drink and guided us seamlessly throughout the day. The bar staff was quick and efficient, and our signature cocktail received rave reviews. What truly sets Terrain apart is their commitment to ensuring that both the bride and groom enjoy their special day just as much as their guests. After the ceremony, we were escorted to the bridal suite, where we were greeted with a delightful display of our hors d'oeuvres and a mini version of our grazing table. This moment allowed us to unwind and savor a few precious minutes together before rejoining our guests—one of my favorite memories from the day. At the end of the night, the staff thoughtfully packaged our personal items and provided to-go boxes filled with an extra serving of each of our entrees.

meetings, venue visits, and vendor discussions around the fact that we were planning from out of town and across several time zones. All of the planning was smooth and streamlined, and our event coordinator Eileen could not have been easier to work with. On the day of, everything flowed so smoothly that the only thing we had to do was enjoy. Our day-of bridal attendant as thoughtful and anticipated our every need. We got married in August and had absolutely beautiful weather, but were not worried even if there was rain because Terrain had a rain plan that was organized and would have been beautiful as well. Food was everything promised – delicious, timely, and they took care of several tough dietary restrictions without a hassle. We ordered the duck, halibut, and rice cake main dishes, and all were excellent. We could not believe the night was over when they called last dance! Could not recommend this venue more highly!

Our wedding day was PERFECT. Better than I could have even imagined. We have guests that still rave about the food and how beautiful the venue was. The staff that worked our wedding made sure everything moved seamlessly throughout the day and if there were any hiccups we certainly didnt know about them! I had my wedding at Terrain Gardens in June and I have nothing but positive things to say about the venue. The space is the PERFECT size for a midsize wedding (we had ~100 guests)....
The space is stunning, you do not need to spend a ton on florals because the natural beauty of the gardens speaks for itself. Our guests constantly commented on how beautiful and unique the space was. The staff was wonderful - they checked in with us periodically throughout the night to update us on things and make sure that we were taken care of. They took care of all of the little things I worried about (who would put out the favors, flip flops, our personal champagne flutes we brought, etc.) Terrain is truly a one of a kind venue and I would 100% book there again!

They were constantly making sure my dress was fluffed, making sure I didn't need drinks, and even offered to sew on my husband's button on his suit when it was falling off! Without them, it would not have went smoothly! I truly cannot put into words how happy I was to have chosen this venue for our wedding. They are so incredible and I would recommend them to everyone planning a wedding in the near future! RUN, don't walk, to book Terrain Gardens! They made every single one of my dreams come true.

planning. As soon as my husband and I visited Terrain Gardens, we knew it was then perfect location for our warm and intimate winter wedding. Their grounds and event space was the perfect backdrop for our special day. I can imagine when it’s warm, the courtyard would be beautiful. Our February wedding was lucky with a light dusting of snow which was magical against the twinkling lights. The space is absolutely perfect for an intimate affair. And their food is AMAZING! We received endless compliments from our guests! Everything was so delicious and it was without a doubt the best wedding food we have had. The bar is stocked with a wonderful selection. The lighting was perfect. The acoustics are great. The decor is modern but charming and conveys the “garden” theme. I could go on and on about how great the venue is but it would be nothing without the truly WONDERFUL staff that make sure your wedding is the most perfect day. Paige, our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing! So professional, warm, communicative, and caring during what can be a high stress life event. We never felt stressed as we had monthly meetings leading up to our big day and Paige was always there to answer our questions in a timely manner. The day of the wedding, Paige was there to make sure the entire went smoothly. In addition, there is a wedding attendant who was awesome and so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. All of our guests were treated with the same respect and care. After the wedding, many of our family and friends said that it was their favorite wedding that they had been to. We loved our wedding at Terrain Gardens. It was the best day of our lives and exceeded our high expectations. I highly recommend Terrain and have already recommended to a newly engaged coworker. If you want to have a very organized, beautiful, intimate wedding with the most amazing food, drinks, and service, then look no further!

ppen. Terrain Gardens caters, they provide a bar and bar tender and wait staff, you meet with a coordinator every month for the six months before your wedding to talk about each part of the day.
This coordinator also does onsite day-of coordination, so you don't have to hire a separate wedding coordinator. I was even assigned a bridal attendant for pre-ceremony activities. The only outside vendors we hired were a photographer, DJ/Photobooth, and shuttle to transport the guests to and from the hotel.
The chef was willing and able to accommodate my handful of guests with food sensitivities. Also, all the food was delicious--from apps to entrees to desserts. The space is beautiful as-is and then was straight up Pinterest magical when we hired Design by Terrain to do the decor and flowers.
If you're looking for a venue that holds your hand the entire way, has a prescribed look (so you don't have to design everything yourself), and knocks multiple vendors out with one shot (caterer, coordinator, tables/place settings, optional floral with Design by Terrain), then this is the place for you. Best decision we made when planning our wedding was choosing this venue.

we knew we had to book. The space is gorgeous and has grounds for guests to explore before the event. The staff and event managers are extremely organized and accommodating. I felt like I was a celebrity with the production they put on for our wedding day. Our guests who had never heard of the venue were in awe and plan to return for brunch and shopping in the future. I was told that the food was some of the best wedding food anyone has had. If you or your guests have food allergies and restrictions, this is the place for you!

The venue itself is whimsical, romantic, charming, and versatile, seamlessly blending the beauty of gardens with the convenience of indoor amenities. The outdoor space includes a beautiful courtyard characterized by vibrant greenery and twinkling lights, as well as a spacious covered patio. The indoor space resembles a modern barn and is outfitted with a charming skylight, luscious hanging plants, lovely bookshelves, and farm-style tables.
The staff were exceptional. Our Event Manager, Paige, was attentive, kind, professional, and dedicated to making our day perfect! She worked closely with us and our vendors to make sure that every detail was executed flawlessly. Furthermore, my Bridal Attendant, Roxy, was incredibly caring and supported my every need throughout the day.
Terrain also provides wonderful in-house catering with a diverse menu and beverage selection. The staff were incredibly accommodating with respect to dietary preferences and restrictions, and our guests complimented the quality and presentation of the food!
Our wedding at Terrain Gardens was magical and more than we could have ever hoped for. The indoor-outdoor space, impeccable service, and attention to detail made our day unforgettable. Our only wish is to be able to relive the day again!
We highly recommend Terrain Gardens to any couple in search of a magical, ethereal venue. Thank you, Terrain, for providing us with the perfect backdrop as we embark on our lifelong journey together!

I had a lot of anxiety going into wedding planning just because I wanted it to be a special day for everyone involved & have never organized something on this scale before - Eileen not only anticipated all of these anxieties before I even voiced them, but immediately responded with a plan that put my nerves at ease. a well oiled machine. Paige was clearly in her element and on her A-game. We got many comments that she was a hero at the event when we got rained out of our outdoor ceremony. Roxy and Belle were also so attentive as bridal attendants and made sure to introduce themselves with a smile, ready to jump at anything we might need help with even down to having cups of water ready for us in between shots with the photographer because it was so hot outside.
We didn’t have the best experience with our own personal day of coordinator that we hired to set up decor, so I hope down the road this is something Terrain might be able to offer their couples at an additional charge–we would have trusted them with our lives on the wedding day, they were so good.

The layout is great to have a seamless experience. The food is amazing! And our wedding coordinator was so amazing in every way. We had 0 stress going into the wedding weekend. To top it off, our bridal attendant was so amazing. They made sure my husband and I were having a great time from the minute we stepped on the property for pictures until we left afterwards.
I would not hesitate to recommend Terrain to anyone. Now I hope that someone I know gets married there so I can enjoy it again as a guest :) Thank you to the entire team! You all were amazing!

h gave us peace of mind. All the DJs we met with raved about Terrain's cohesive, built-in sound system. They took care of so many details, and we took advantage of them all -- the menus, the signage, even the card box (and they're nice!). When we hit our month-to-go countdown, I was incredibly relieved to have so many of those details off my plate. Our event coordinator, Olivia, was so attentive throughout the entire process, answering any questions that we had. The group tasting exceeded expectations; it felt more like a romantic date night than a wedding-planning chore. Our day-of attendant, Maria, made us feel supported, but also checked in with our parents throughout the night to ensure they were well cared for through the festivities. Everything went smoothy -- thank you!

of staff everyone was amazing. Specific shout-outs to our Wedding Coordinator Eileen and Wedding Attendant Melissa they are incredible! We had a beautiful day at the end of May. The space was perfect for indoor and outdoor mingling. The food was amazing and we opted for family style: halibut, steak and harvest bowl. Highly recommend! The entire event planning was not stressful given their organization. The tasting was so much fun to sample some of the most popular offerings, see the space again and some preffered vendors. Yes, we did try of the wines. No deceitful tactics as far as pricing.
We also worked with Heather Fowler Photography, Caroyln Brady - Flowers, Proparazzi Photobooths, Silversound DJ Kevin Kirby, New June - Cake, and erind_hairstylistandmua - Hair and Makeup. Loved every single vendor!
